We were tasked with capturing information from our client's invoices, accurately transferring the details to the client's CRM along with clear image uploads of the invoices as well. The invoices detailed the daily expenses of the account managers in various departments, and as such, we needed to ensure total accuracy and speed of service while using the secure web portal shared with us by the client.
